Why We Built This Site
New Mexico records can be public without appearing in one online search. The Guadalupe County Sheriff holds its own law-enforcement records, while the Fourth Judicial District and Magistrate court clerks maintain criminal case files. NMDPS LERB runs the fingerprint-supported State Central Repository, NMCD tracks state custody and supervision, and NMDPS administers the New Mexico Sex Offender Registry. This site brings together the official search routes, office contacts, known fees, and request steps without treating those different records as interchangeable.
What You Will Find Here
- Agency contacts: how to reach the Guadalupe County Sheriff, Santa Rosa court clerks, and New Mexico record custodians
- Record guides: how to search and read Guadalupe County criminal court cases
- Official review routes: how personal repository inspection and fingerprint channels work through NMDPS LERB
- Expungement information: where New Mexico petitions begin and which source records may need an order
What We Cannot Do
This is a privately run reference site. We have no connection to any New Mexico court, sheriff's office, police department, or state agency. There are real limits to what we can help with:
- We cannot retrieve a criminal record or perform an official background check
- We cannot provide certified copies of a case file, criminal history, or agency report
- We cannot submit IPRA requests, expungement petitions, or court forms for a visitor
- We cannot interpret a charge, warrant, judgment, or eligibility rule as legal advice
- We cannot promise that an office address, fee, phone number, or procedure has not changed
Only the holding office, such as the sheriff, a New Mexico court, or NMDPS LERB, can issue or certify an official record.
Search Partners
Search boxes on some pages are operated by outside providers. Those businesses control their services, results, prices, and data practices. A paid signup reached through one of those tools may produce a referral fee that supports the site's operation. Guadalupe County Criminal History does not control the provider's matching methods, charges, or record coverage.
